Six-foot privacy on a subdivision lot. A 4-foot picket or aluminum line on a front yard. A chain-link kennel along a side lot. A pool enclosure with a self-closing gate. A replacement after a storm took out the back run.
Access matters as much as the fence. Trash cans, meter readers, boats, and mowers all need a gate that is wide enough. We plan those openings on the estimate.
How we walk a residential lot
We look at grade, trees, existing posts, underground utilities you have marked, and how you actually use the yard. A fence that ignores the slope or the dog door becomes a daily annoyance.
We do not mark utilities ourselves unless the owner later confirms that service. Call 811 before any post holes. We do not invent HOA or permit handling.
