Toward Lake Park the lots open up. You still see six-foot privacy on house streets, but acreage lines, driveway gates, and chain-link around working corners show up more often than they do downtown.
Sandy soil and drainage matter. A line that looks straight on a plat can sit in a wet swale. We walk it before we promise a post spacing.
